And, yes, your are welcome to give us your own illustration, monogram, photo or any special idea to be applied on your invitation art.
You will receive a digital mock-up with your specifications and we'll work together to make the necessary changes until you give your approval. Comments & suggestions are always welcome. Up to 4 design updates will be accommodated. Succeeding updates will be charged US$10 (or Php500) per update.
We commit 1 week delivery time AFTER THE FINAL DRAFT has been approved. A "confirmation to print email" must be emailed to us to start the printing.
It really depends on how soon you will approve the design & draft and the availability of the handmade paper. It can be anywhere between 10days to 6 weeks for the ENTIRE PROCESS (design, proofing, production).
We can accomodate rush orders depending on availability. Feel free to ask!
A deposit of 50% will be required to start the design process. Balance is payable upon completion prior to shipping. Bank deposit at any BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)branch or any credit card/Paypal accepted through Xoom.Com. Account details will be emailed to you upon confirmation of order.
We ship anywhere! Domestic orders will be shipped via Air21 whereas international orders will be shipped via FedEx (fixed rate 10kg box is the cheapest way). Kindly check their respective websites for the rates.
All other orders must be picked up at our Manila Showroom, MATUS WEDDING BOUTIQUE, 5th Level, The Mega Atrium, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City.
